Remission
Is this real money?
That’s right, I said it! The doctors are 95% positive Morgan is in remission, and we should be home by Monday!!! She had her bone marrow tap this morning, and through the microscope there seems to be less than 1% of the leukemia cells left in her marrow. If her counts stay consistent, we may be home by Sunday…we need a fork lift.
Tr. Carol came by today and left right before we received the news. Max and her parents visitied along with Morgan’s neighborhood friend Olivia. Morgan’s off the majority of her medications, and we will receive instructions on how this out patient business is going to work. There was a lot of stuff the doctor was saying to me, but all I heard was “you should be out of here this weekend” so I don’t have any more answers…I am just trying to figure out how to get all Morgan’s goodies out of this room!
