Here we chemo
So we checked in last week to get ready for transplant. Due to already having radiation, we are not able to do that again. Therefore we are on 3 different types of chemo, and tons of meds. She has already completed two of the three chemotherapies. Tomorrow’s chemo will be tough, because it’s known to cause mouth sores immediately. Morgan will need to eat Popsicles during the treatment to try and minimize that outcome.
Friday is the planned BIG DAY for Morgan’s bone marrow transplant. I invite any healthy friends in the area to stop by the hospital and visit or wave to Morgan thru her window…friends under 14 are not permitted to go into Morgan’s room:(
Two of the pictures attached are from a photographer who was walking through the city back in April 2008 (7months before she was diagnosed the first time). This is the first time I had seen them, and feel it really captures the essence of Morgan. The other is from last night, and just says the same thing!
