Received a call this morning from the the Gift of Life, bone marrow donor program.  Morgan is going to have the opportunity to meet her donor and HIS family in New York at a Mets game, then dinner!  The organization is going to send us via train to stay overnight and then attend the game in a private suite, where we will meet the man who literally saved Morgan’s life.  a group from the Gift of Life organization will be there to document this amazing event.  This will all happen at the end of this month.  Needless to say, I had tears in my eyes…which for those that know me, not so easy to do.  I have a feeling that this will be a very emotional moment.  I mean, how does one just say “thank you” to the man who gave us a lifetime of birthdays with Morgan…well, this mama’s gonna try!
