A Pain in the…
Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. Morgan had visits from nannies past and present, as well as Grammy, Pop pop, Alec (donald duck) and Keli. She got the Wii this weekend, and has since kicked many visitors…toes… at bowling and golf. Her energy level is moderate most of the time so she has just spurts of energy and then crashes like she came down from a sugar high.
Yesterday Morgan was given a PCA, which is a morphine drip that she can control. She is having really bad stomach pains and needs the medication to help her. Since she wakes up really early with the pain, and then sleeps after her meds, she tends to stay up REALLY late. I went to bed last night at 11:30p, she went to bed at 2:30a…with a note by my pillow that read (on 3 pages and colored in quite beautifully) I WANT TO GO HOME “!”…I hear ya sista!
