OK, sorry I did not write over the weekend, but even the girl/guy upstairs took one day of rest, I just waited and put 2 days together.   Morgan had a good weekend.   The medicine she is taking does seem to make her tired, so she has started taking some cat naps, or just laying down while people visit.  She has been doing A LOT of arts and crafts over the weekend.  It’s something she can do while in bed easily.

We will be watching her counts and hope that her ANC begins to climb.  We need a steady pace of 200+ ANC with an upward pattern in order for us to get our marching papers!  Thanks again for all the friends and family that visited this weekend and today: Aunt Jill, Blanche, Max, Josh, Jack, Mike, Grammy, Pop Pop, and Allura.  Morgan’s first question is usually, “Mom, who do I get to see today?” OK, maybe it’s more like “do I have to take a bath,” but definitely her second question is about who is visiting.

We have banned one food group within her diet – McDonalds…Love the Ronald McDonald room, but their food needs to stay out of Morgan’s (and Mommy’s) tummy.  It does not seem to marry well with her medications – and it is difficult to say no to Micky D fries!  For the good of Morgan (and Mommy’s belly) we say no more.  We will see if we can reintroduce at another time.

Morgan’s classmates are out for the winter break, so have a GREAT holiday, we hope to see you at school in the new year!
