Received a call this morning from the the Gift of Life, bone marrow donor program.  Morgan is going to have the opportunity to meet her donor and HIS family in New York at a Mets game, then dinner!  The organization is going to send us via train to stay overnight and then attend the game [...]

We’re here…and exhausted!  Morgan was a trooper on the flight over with very little drama.  The Mayfair Hotel is so quaint, and Morgan has already taken two very luxurious baths!!  She uses her two mastered words of Bonjour and Merci everyday!

So, we were back at the pool this year for Morgan’s actual birthday!  Such a great sunny day.  We followed up the day with a movie and sleepover for some of the girls…who stayed up till 2am this morning!!!!  What a difference a year makes.  Morgan is doing great…I think her wish while blowing out [...]

The doctors called, and GREAT news, we are still 100% donor bone marrow.  Morgan is still in remission.  We have only one obstacle that we are concentrating on, and that is Morgan’s immune system.  Her numbers there seem to be down, SOooo, we will be going into the day hospital once a month for some [...]

Morgan has decided that it is time for her to make her own posts.  However she is in the dictation mode and not full blown writer mode yet.
